Eleven players. Eleven levels.
Before every session you see where your squad stands. Every number was released by the player themselves.
Coach the team, not the average
The session fits the squad
Whoever slept badly is at the top of the list. You decide before the warm-up who can push and who gets a lighter session.
Two pitches, two intensities
In the morning the squad splits by readiness: the head coach takes the intense group, the assistant the calmer one. That makes the kind of periodisation professional clubs run workable with one squad and two coaches.
Load adds up
Training load against the last four weeks shows who is drifting out of their usual corridor. A jump in load becomes visible before it shows up in training.
The values arrive by themselves
Every player tracks in their own app. Values land in the dashboard as they happen and nobody has to collect them.
Resting heart rate falls across the season
Anyone running regularly sees resting heart rate and HRV shift over the weeks. When the pulse drops at the same pace, the progress sits in the curve long before a fitness test comes up.
One row per player
Sorted by recovery need. The lowest values sit at the top, and every number traces back to a single day.

Answered briefly
- Does every player need an Apple Watch?
- Gearstack reads what the player's device already measures, an Apple Watch or another tracker. For players without a watch, the chest strap bundle is on the way.
- What does the club see about a player?
- One row per player with readiness and load, sorted by recovery need. The player grants that access and can withdraw it at any time, which removes their values from the dashboard immediately.
- What does Gearstack cost for a club?
- €99 a month for the team dashboard, plus per person €8.99 with their own device, €12.99 with a chest strap, €16.99 with a band and €19.99 with both. One-off setup €299. The devices are purchased and then belong to the club.
