Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us (Gearstack, obrt za računalno programiranje i usluge, vl. Kristijan Bezjak, email: info@gearstacklabs.com) with a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and within fourteen days at the latest from the day we receive your notice.

We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts supplying digital content not delivered on a tangible medium once Gearstack has begun performance after you

1. expressly consented to the start of performance before the withdrawal period expired, and
2. confirmed your understanding that by giving consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon start of performance.

Note: Because the app launches in late July 2026, performance begins no earlier than that point. Until then, your right of withdrawal is fully preserved.
